LEP Support

 I’ve had my license for over two years and was stuck, not doing anything with it. Joining the group was so pivotal in establishing myself as an LEP. I had goals set and knew there would be check ins on those goals. It motivated me to take small steps at a time. Bethany was so organized and everyone was encouraging. I can’t wait to join the next one too!

 Bethany's Growth Group was exactly what I need to take the leap to private practice. I was feeling very isolated as an LEP, and the group was so supportive and welcoming. It was helpful to have people to bounce ideas off of, and learn what I needed to have ready. The virtual format made it really accessible, and it was cool to hear about how other cities and districts function. I feel like I have way more connections in the LEP community.

 The support, knowledge and expertise shared in this group was immeasurable for me. It was the perfect opportunity I needed to jumpstart this new chapter for me; I learned so much through Bethany, as well as the ladies in my cohort. Everyone's shared experiences gave me the push and confidence I needed to continue on this journey in opening a private practice.
